Student Lunch:  $3.00

Visit The Link Below To Set Up Or Add To Your Child's Lunch Account

The school cafeteria serves lunch daily. Cash and checks made out to the Huntington Beach City School District are accepted for any amount in the school office, or you can use the link above to set up an online lunch account.  Cash is also accepted daily at lunch. Students are welcome to bring their own lunches to school.  For obvious safety reasons, glass containers, glass bottles, and knives are not permitted.

If your child comes to school late, after 8:05 a.m., please provide a lunch or call the office prior to 9:00 a.m. to order a lunch.  Student loans are restricted to three times a year. A snack lunch and milk will be offered to students who are ineligible to borrow.

Students with restrictive nut allergies will sit at a designated table in the lunch area.

Parents wishing to periodically eat lunch with their children are welcome.  Please be sure to sign in at the office and receive a visitor’s badge prior to entering the lunch area.  You may order a school lunch by calling the office before 9:00 a.m. Parents may sit with their own child at a lunch table designated for parents.

Please help your child understand that while eating in our lunch area, he/she is expected to use the same table manners as when in a restaurant.  Lunch area privileges may be suspended for a period of time or other appropriate consequences may be imposed for repeated violation of the following behavioral expectations.

1.      Walk in a quiet and orderly manner to assigned tables.

2.      Be polite and courteous to supervisors and other students. Talk in normal voices.

         3.      Remain seated until excused.

4.      Walk out to the playground in an orderly manner after throwing away all trash in the trash cans provided.
